STEP 4 – CIRCULATION

broken image

Some nursing jobs may involve long periods of time doing tasks while standing in one area or in one position which can affect and slow down healthy circulatory function in the legs.

Over time, this can lead to weakened blood vessels and the appearance of swollen, twisted veins on the back of the legs, which can cause aching and discomfort.

Essential Oils can support healthy circulation when used topically on a regular basis. These include:

• Basil

• Cypress

• Geranium

• Peppermint

• Eucalyptus

• Copaiba

• Marjoram

• MASSAGE BLEND

The MASSAGE BLEND combines the unique benefits of oils known to provide relaxing and comforting effects and can help to lessen tension. It contains Essential Oils of Cypress, Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit, and Lavender in a perfect blend that adds many important benefits to various massage techniques.
